These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by Luma Exchange. By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Luma Exchange.
Luma Exchange: The online trading platform operated under the brand name Luma Exchange.
Client/User: Any individual or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses Luma Exchange’s services.
Services: Trading facilities, tools, accounts, and all related features provided by Luma Exchange.
Agreement: The legally binding relationship between Luma Exchange and the Client governed by these Terms.
To use Luma Exchange, Clients must be of legal age in their jurisdiction (18+ in most countries). Minors may not register. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Each Client may only maintain one personal account. Sharing of account credentials or use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited. Clients are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their login credentials.
Luma Exchange provides binary options trading tools. By participating, Clients understand and accept that trading binary options involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of all invested funds. Profits are not guaranteed, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Clients must ensure they have sufficient balance in their account before initiating trades. Deposits, credits, or bonuses added to an account are non-refundable once trading activity has commenced.
All deposits must be made using the payment methods supported by Luma Exchange. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures, compliance checks, and applicable fees. Luma Exchange reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or legal obligations.
Trading in binary options is highly speculative and involves a substantial risk of loss. Clients should trade only with funds they can afford to lose. Luma Exchange does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profitability.
Clients may close their account at any time by submitting a request. Luma Exchange reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice if:
Luma Exchange may apply fees for certain transactions or services. All applicable charges will be disclosed prior to payment or use. Clients are responsible for any bank, exchange, or third-party fees incurred when depositing or withdrawing funds.
Luma Exchange shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or system interruptions. Luma Exchange is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service providers, technical failures, or market volatility.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luma Exchange, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
Luma Exchange collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, Clients consent to such collection and processing. Luma Exchange will not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
Luma Exchange reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Luma Exchange operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
